Allanah Soriano

Allanah Soriano currently serves as the Grants and Funds Development Coordinator at the Thai Community Development Center, where responsibilities include researching grant opportunities and drafting applications, as well as assisting with fundraising events and program development. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Advocacy Intern collaborating with the Center for Worker Training & Leadership on issues related to exploitation in the poultry industry, and a Project Intern with Teach For America. As a Teaching Fellow at UCLA Library, Allanah has also served as a Student Library Assistant III and participated in various initiatives with Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC, including acting as a Youth Ambassador. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Asian-American Studies and Sociology from UCLA, set to be completed in March 2025.
