Chelsea Leufroy Braggs is an experienced educator and operations manager with a diverse background in leadership and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Teach For America since February 2022, Chelsea leads internal systems related to finance, compliance, and general operations. Previous positions include Dean of Students at FirstLine Schools, where responsibilities involved cultivating a positive school culture, and several teaching roles, notably at Phillis Wheatley Community School.
