Teach For America
Christina Strader currently serves as the Vice President of Program Impact, Learning & Evaluation at Teach For America, having held various leadership roles since August 2015, including Senior Managing Director of Strategy & Insights and Managing Director of Research & Evaluation. Responsibilities include leading admissions-related research and evaluation, co-developing strategic initiatives to enhance the corps selection process, and driving organization-wide projections with high accuracy. Prior to this, Christina was a Fellow at The Duke Endowment, where contributions included developing data tools to enhance decision-making and managing grant evaluations. Christina began her career as a math and science teacher in the Greater Philadelphia region. Educational credentials include a Master's in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's in Management from Elon University.
