Denver Paver

Denver Paver is a dedicated educator and civic servant with a diverse background in teaching and legislative support. Currently serving as a Teach For America 2023 Corps Member, Denver Paver has been a Middle School Teacher at Great Oaks Charter Schools since June 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Teaching Fellow at Fairmount Heights Middle School through AmeriCorps, where Denver Paver focused on ELA and Math instruction. Denver Paver also has a strong legislative background, having interned for Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin in the U.S. House of Representatives and for State Senator Curtis Hertel, Jr. in both the Michigan Senate and as a legislative staff assistant. Denver Paver holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2020, and is a graduate of L'Anse Creuse High School North.
