Emily Nickerson

Emily Nickerson has extensive experience in knowledge management, change management, and communications, currently serving as the Director of Knowledge Management Technology and previously as the Director of Change Management, Training & Communications at Teach For America since October 2011. Earlier roles at Teach For America include Manager of Operations & Communication, Executive Assistant to the Chief Finance and Administration Officer, and Finance Assistant. Prior to this, Emily worked as an Administrative Assistant at NYU Langone Medical Center's Center of Excellence on Brain Aging and as a Project Coordinator at Metropolitan Jewish Health System. Emily began their career as a Research Assistant and Marketing Assistant at NYU Steinhardt from 2007 to 2009. Emily holds an M.A. in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University and a B.A. in Fine Arts and Art History from The George Washington University.
