Gerthy Eugene

Gerthy Eugene has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Programs and Impact at Teach For America since July 2017. Previous roles at Teach For America include Managing Director and Director of Teacher Leadership Development. Prior to this, Gerthy Eugene was a science teacher at Renaissance Charter School at Coral Springs and KIPP Texas Public Schools from August 2013 to July 2017. Gerthy Eugene holds a Master of Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology with a minor in Science Education from the University of Florida.
