Josalynne Love

Josalynne Love is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and alumni engagement at Teach For America since June 2013. Currently serving as the Director of Regional Operations & Executive Support, Josalynne creates operational systems and supports the Executive Director. Previous roles include Director of Alumni Engagement, where systems were designed for professional development, and Manager of Development & Community Engagement, overseeing grants and fundraising efforts. Earlier experience includes teaching at Shelby County Schools and mentoring at Bates College, along with a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Christian Brothers University and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bates College.
