Lexi Avart

Lexi Avart has extensive work experience in education and recruitment. Lexi has been with Teach For America since 2016, holding various roles such as Senior Managing Director, Managing Director, and Recruitment Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Teacher at Mastery Charter Schools and Scholar Academies. Lexi also has experience in community engagement and event planning, as a YPN Fellow at Jewish Heritage Programs.
