Reinal Salako

Reinal Salako, M.Ed. in Special Education, currently serves as an ARD Manager at ISD and as a Special Education Specialist for Teach For America since August 2023. Prior to these roles, Reinal operated as a Case Manager while self-employed, focusing on IEPs, FIEs, PLAAFPs, and BIPs from July 2016 to August 2023. Previous experience includes positions as a Customer Service Technician at RigNet, a Policy Council Representative at Houston ISD, and a 7th/8th Grade Math Teacher at Aldine ISD, where lesson planning and differentiated instruction were emphasized. A telecommunications background was developed over 11 years at AT&T. Reinal holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Leadership from Lamar University, a Bachelor of Science in Professional Technology Studies from Pace University, and an A.A.S. in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Houston Community College.
