Rocio Wyers

Rocio Wyers is a current TFA Corps Member with Teach For America, having started in January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Campaign Manager for Mike Caruso's state representative campaign and Legislative Intern at The Florida Department of Education. Wyers held several leadership positions, including Social Media Marketing and Engagement Coordinator and Gainesville Chapter Co-President for Princesses Against Cancer, and Director of Economic Opportunity at Engage Florida. Experience also includes various internships, such as Assistant Director of Keystone Florida with Florida Blue Key, Student Senator in the University of Florida Student Government, and Legislative Intern for the Florida House of Representatives. Wyers holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts from Palm Beach State College.
