Tracy-Elizabeth Clay is the SVP, General Counsel and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Teach For America, Tracy-Elizabeth leads the Legal Affairs, Risk & Compliance team also affectionately known as LARC. LARC provides the legal, risk management, insurance and internal audit supports the organization needs to pursue our mission. Tracy-Elizabeth earned her B.A. from Stanford and is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.
