Shruti Sharma

Shruti Sharma is a results-driven professional with a strong background in data operations, education, and innovative curriculum development. Currently serving as a Data Operations Associate at Teach For India since June 2022, Shruti focuses on data analytics and process optimization for various projects. As the Founder of Zamana Kya Kahega, Shruti has developed a movie-based curriculum that addresses the need for role models in secondary education, earning the Circle's Innovation Funding Grant in 2023. Previous experience includes internships in partnerships and communications at Lighthouse Studios, co-founding Rang Manch, and contributing to the Placement Cell at St. Xavier's College, where Shruti coordinated placement drives. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from St. Xavier's College, Shruti has demonstrated leadership in revenue generation and volunteer efforts throughout various roles.
