Iulia Pielmuș

Iuliana Pielmus serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Teach for Romania since July 2019, focusing on collective leadership to enhance education quality and expand opportunities for children. As the Owner of Grow Yourself Space and a co-founder of Let's Grow Coaching Academy, Iuliana promotes individual and organizational growth, with a strong background in leadership development. Previous experience at Vodafone includes multiple director roles, such as leading integrated programs for SOHO and SME segments and overseeing marketing strategies and sales operations. Earlier positions at Romtelecom and Connex involved strategic marketing, customer service transformation, and channel management. Iuliana holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
