Noëla Zaharia is an experienced Learning Partner and Applied Creativity Practitioner dedicated to personal transformation and self-leadership. With a career spanning over two decades, Noëla has worked extensively in coaching, talent development, and experiential training across various organizations, including Teach for Romania and Mindcamp Canada. As co-founder of Meta-Miorița and through leadership roles at Glob M and MEC, Noëla has developed innovative programs focused on enhancing communication and entrepreneurial skills, particularly for educators and Generation Z. Noëla's educational background includes degrees in Applied Communication Studies and ongoing studies in Drama/Theatre Arts, complemented by advanced training in coaching and NLP.
