Chutima Siripornkawin possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as People & Culture Manager and previously as Talent Manager at Teach For Thailand since July 2015. Chutima played a vital role in establishing the organization as a leading graduate employer during the 2016-2017 season while managing recruitment operations. Prior to this, Chutima worked as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at UNIQLO and held senior HR roles at KPMG, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic manpower support. Early career experiences include roles as a Researcher at TopTalentAgency. Chutima holds a Mini Master in HR Management, a Master of Management in International Business, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Chulalongkorn University, as well as secondary education in German.
