Tinotenda Mathende

Tinotenda Mathende is a qualified mechanical and mechatronic engineer with diverse experience in tutoring and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Private Tutor at Teach Me 2 since December 2021, Tinotenda administers online lessons, prepares worksheets, and assists students with homework and exam preparation. Previous experiences include a Mechanical Design Intern role at Preformed Line Products (South Africa), where research and design work focused on agricultural projects, and an impactful Mechanical Engineering Intern role at AlcoNCP (Pty) Ltd, where data analysis led to a significant reduction in technician call-outs. Additional internships at Renewed Projects involved problem solving in battery design and hybrid solar systems, while earlier roles at Paddock Gears and Engineering provided foundational skills in machine shop operations.
