Ana El Khessassi

Ana Elkhessassi is an experienced educator currently serving as an Education Policy Fellow at Teach Plus since August 2023, and as an English Second Language Teacher at Revere Public Schools. Previously, Ana worked as a World Language Teacher (Spanish) at the Public Schools of Brookline from September 2017 to June 2022, and as a Spanish Teacher at Su Escuela Language Academy from August 2011 to August 2016, where a full Spanish immersion environment was provided for non-Spanish speaking students. Additionally, Ana held the position of Special Education Teacher at Escuela especial de lenguaje Llaipen from February 2010 to July 2011, focusing on individualized education plans for young students. Ana has advanced education credentials, including a Health Coach/Integrative Nutrition Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Master's degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language from Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, and a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Universidad San Sebastián.
