Andrea Terrero Gabbadon

Andrea Terrero Gabbadon, Ph.D., is a seasoned education professional with a diverse background in instructional leadership and teacher development. As the Founder and Senior Consultant of ILM Consulting Group, LLC since June 2017, Andrea has focused on equipping school leaders and educators with effective coaching frameworks and best practices to enhance academic achievement. Additionally, Andrea serves as Founder and Principal at Swarthmore College and has held various academic positions, including Visiting Assistant Professor at Temple University and Student Teacher Supervisor roles at both Swarthmore College and Grand Canyon University. With a Ph.D. in Policy and Organizational Studies concentrated in Urban Education from Temple University, along with additional credentials in school leadership, Andrea has demonstrated a commitment to fostering collaborative environments that promote teacher development and student success.
