Monique Burns Thompson

Monique Burns Thompson is a seasoned educator and leader with extensive experience in academic and organizational roles. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School since November 2017, Monique has also held the position of President at Teach Plus. Previously, Monique co-founded New Leaders for New Schools, serving as President and Chief Curriculum Officer from June 2000 to August 2005, where the focus was on developing and implementing training for urban school leaders as part of a transformative initiative. Monique's academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School (1991-1993) and a Bachelor's degree in English and Drama from Dartmouth College (1984-1988).
