Teach Plus
Sarah Dollah-Said is an experienced educator and leader in English language learning and equity initiatives. Currently serving as a High School ELL English Teacher at School District U-46 and a Professional Learning Specialist at i2e, Sarah also holds the position of Policy Fellow at Teach Plus. In addition, Sarah is a Certified Yoga Instructor and SEL facilitator at Breathe For Change, while contributing as a Blogger for Confianza and a Course Developer for English Learner Portal. Previous roles include Assistant Principal and Founding Director of Language and Equity Programs at Elgin Math and Science Academy, along with roles at EL Education, Open Up Resources, and Chicago Ridge School District. Sarah holds a Master of Education from the University of Illinois System and a Master’s Degree in School Administration from Western Governors University, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of Illinois System.
