Product Design Manager at Teachable

Sarah Schachman has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Sarah is currently working as a Product Design Manager at Teachable since November 2022. Previously, they worked at Shopify for multiple roles. As a Senior Product Designer from May 2018 to May 2021, they led a UX team and contributed to the design of Checkout. Sarah also worked as a Product Designer from August 2016 to May 2018, focusing on consumer-facing initiatives and owning design for Shopify Pay. Additionally, at Shopify, they held the role of Product Design Manager from May 2021 to July 2022, leading the B2B Pricing team and the Shop Pay Installments team.

In 2016, Sarah co-created and led the first UX Course at iXperience, where they designed the curriculum, conducted design sprints, and mentored students. In 2020, they obtained a CORe (Credential of Readiness) from Harvard Business School Online, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics.
