Dr. Eran Bendavid is an Associate Professor in the School of Medicine and an affiliate at the Center for Health Policy at Stanford University. He is an infectious diseases physician with wide-ranging interests related to HIV and global health. In his day to day work, Dr. Bendavid explores the economic, political, and medical conditions that can lead to improved health in developing countries. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Bendavid completed his residency and fellowship at Stanford Medical School, where he now cares for patients with HIV and related conditions. He has ongoing projects in South Africa, Rwanda, and Uganda.
