Tara Danielson

Tara Danielson is the Head Coach of Stanford University’s Field Hockey team. She led the team to seven NCAA Tournament appearances in eight seasons. She has guided Stanford to four conference titles, including America East championships in 2016 and 2017. Coach Danielson is a four-time NorPac Coach of the Year recipient, and has coached seven All-Americans. Coach Danielson was a member of the USA Field Hockey National Team and Team USA’s National Indoor Field Hockey squad, competing in over 89 international events, including the World Cup. She has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of RUSH Field Hockey, Inc., a nonprofit public benefit corporation committed to the development of field hockey in California.
