The Teacher Salary Project is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to raising awareness around the impact of our national policy of underpaying and under-valuing educators. We are committed to working with everyone in the country to ensure teaching becomes the prestigious, desirable, financially viable, and professionally exciting job we all know it needs to be. Our work began with sharing teachers’ experiences and has grown to impact policy. **Storytelling** We published a best-selling book, released a documentary and short film series. **Research and Policy** We conduct surveys, issue policy briefs, gather data and resources. **Advocacy** We collaborate on legislation, publish opinion pieces, present to and meet with influencers, and mobilize teacher salary champions.
