Nicole Alcorn

Nicole Alcorn serves as the Chief Member Experience Officer at Everwise Credit Union and the SVP Chief Member Experience Officer at Teachers Credit Union, positions held since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading performance and member service initiatives to ensure high levels of member satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Regional VP at Centier Bank from September 2000 to March 2017 and a role in retail and trading at Mellon Bank from May 1998 to January 2000. Nicole Alcorn holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Waynesburg University.
