The Governance and Legal team at Teachers Health is responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in corporate governance. Led by the General Counsel, the team provides legal advice, oversees compliance initiatives, and manages risk to protect the interests of the health fund and its members. Additionally, they support the Board of Directors by facilitating effective governance processes and promoting transparency and accountability within the organization.
