Andrew Barrs

Andrew Barrs is an experienced Information Technology Service Management Consultant currently working at Teachers Mutual Bank Limited since April 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew served as the Head of IT Service Management at ASX from September 2018 to April 2025, where leadership was provided in transforming and modernizing IT Service Management capabilities, including the successful implementation of ServiceNow and the establishment of governance and practices. Earlier positions include a Senior Service Management Consultant at Solisma, delivering IT Service Management consultations to major companies, and various roles at Sydney Water for nearly three decades, including Problem and Configuration Manager. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Ministries degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Morling College and has foundational education from Bulli High School with a HSC.
