Vicki Leaver joined TMBL in May 2021. With over 20 years’ experience in the People domain, Vicki has worked across complex industries such as education, health, engineering, insurance and legal. Vicki has a philosophy that HR is a service provider who partners, supports and enables leaders, at every level, to lead and manage their people, in order to effectively deliver the organisational strategy and business outcomes.

As Chief People and Culture Officer at Teachers Mutual Bank Limited, Vicki is responsible for establishing People frameworks and governance programs while partnering with the Executive to develop and lead a performance and values based organisational culture - ensuring that the Bank continues to deliver exceptional member experience through exceptional staff experience.
