Mike Jackson currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Teachers Retirement System of Georgia since May 2019. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at the same company. With previous experience as Deputy Director at Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts from September 2005 to April 2019, Mike graduated from University of West Georgia in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting.

TRS retiree payroll is in excess of 2.5 billion dollars per year.
