Susan Marschner

Susan Marschner currently serves as the President of Equipped Education and is a National LETRS Professional Learning Facilitator at Lexia Learning. With extensive experience as an Educational Consultant across multiple organizations, Susan delivers training and instructional coaching in literacy, math, and special education. As the Founder of Mukisa Foundation, Susan has focused on creating educational opportunities for children with disabilities. Past roles include Special Education Curriculum Designer at Relay Graduate School of Education and Master Teacher at Mastery Charter Schools. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Saint Joseph's University.
