Tonia Lonie

Tonia Lonie has extensive experience in financial reporting and management. Tonia currently holds the position of Manager, Financial Reporting at Teaching Lab, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, Tonia served as the Chief Financial Officer at the University Press of Mississippi from July 2021 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the annual budget, publishing business, and human resource operations. Tonia also worked as a Business Manager at the University Press of Mississippi from June 2015 to July 2021. Before their time at the University Press of Mississippi, Tonia worked as a Business Operations Consultant at Pure Business Results LLC from May 2010 to June 2015, providing consulting services to various nonprofit organizations. Tonia began their career as a Staff Accountant at Mississippi Action for Progress, Inc in July 1995 and held this position until July 2006.
