Michael Mainiero is an experienced Project Manager currently with Teaching Matters since July 2025, previously serving as Database Manager and Project Manager at Her Justice from March 2019 to July 2025. In these roles, Michael oversaw the Her Justice case database, successfully migrating data to Salesforce, creating online tools, and synthesizing case data for grant reporting. Michael has also transitioned legal training programs to a virtual format during the COVID-19 pandemic and coordinated numerous community outreach events.
