Preeta Saxena has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Preeta is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Teachmint, where they focus on creating an immersive online education platform. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Neutrinos, where they designed and defined the global people agenda and implemented innovative HR solutions. Preeta has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Indusion Consulting, where they provided talent insights and search solutions for senior management positions. Preeta has a strong background in executive search and talent strategy, having worked as a Principal Consultant Team Lead at Antal India. Earlier in their career, they held HR roles at LAITKOR INFOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and Schneider Electric. Preeta began their career as an Associate Consultant at AMS Consulting (P) Ltd., where they worked on United Nations Development Projects.

Preeta Saxena completed their Bachelor of Science degree at St. Anthony's Senior Secondary School from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR & IT at Jaipuria Institute of Management from 2000 to 2002.
