Danielle Smalls

Danielle Smalls is a Senior Education Consultant at TeachStart since April 2023, focusing on attracting motivated individuals to the teaching profession. Danielle has served as an Education Consultant at Scoot Education since June 2022 and was a founding Special Education Teacher at KIPP SoCal Public Schools from July 2020 to June 2022. Prior experience includes founding RSP Teacher and Case Manager at Excelencia Charter Academy, Special Education Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District, and participation in Teach For America as a Corps Member. Additional roles include Americorps Team Leader with City Year and various support positions at Pitzer College and Minor and James Medical. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Special Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis from Pitzer College.
