Karlo Young

Karlo Young is the Chief Executive Officer of Teachstone and a board member. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer (2023–2024) and President at Concentric Educational Solutions, where they oversaw Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Learning Strategy, Legal, Product/Predictive AI platform, and Tech, led a venture capital follow-on raise increasing the Series A size by 60%, and fostered relationships with the board and investors. At 2U, from 2021 to 2023, they were Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships & Portfolio General Manager, managing a portfolio representing $250 million in annual revenue and 500 employees across North America and EMEA, increased adjusted EBITDA margin by 600 basis points to 16%, and expanded the Morehouse College Online program with 6-7x enrollments over proforma expectations. They are pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and are a current member of YPO, while also serving on the boards of Gilman School (Vice President, Board of Trustees) and the Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust (President, Board of Trustees).
