Gal Sasson

Gal Sasson is an experienced Algorithm Engineer currently employed at Teads since February 2025, previously holding the same title at Outbrain from January 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included data analysis, A/B testing, and supporting algorithm development. Prior to this, Gal served as an Instructor at Free Spirit Israel from January 2018 to January 2021, working with youth to inspire change. Gal's foundational experience includes serving in Unit 8200 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps from April 2014 to May 2017 as a Recruitment Officer, Course Instructor, and Data and Networks Analyst, focusing on complex data analysis and network security. Gal holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, expected in September 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Data Science and Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2022.
