David Kenny

David Kenny is the Head of the Animal and Bioscience Research Department at Teagasc, a position held since 2021. They also serve as an Adjunct Professor and lecturer at University College Dublin, contributing to academia since 2015. Prior to their current roles, David was a Principal Research Scientist specializing in Ruminant Nutritional Physiology at Teagasc, where they began in 2009. David earned a PhD in Cattle Nutrition and Reproductive Physiology from University College Dublin and holds several diplomas, including one in Molecular Medicine from Trinity College Dublin.
