Michael Demotte

Michael DeMotte, PE, CFM, currently serves as Vice President of Engineering Services at TNP, where responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency and strategic direction across engineering departments, in collaboration with the Executive Team to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Previously, Michael held roles such as Vice President of Infrastructure at GarzaBury, LLC, where business development efforts were led, and Client Service Manager at Burgess and Niple, Inc., focusing on client relationship management. Michael's extensive experience spans various positions at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., concentrating on municipal water projects, and earlier technical roles including Senior Reactor Operator at Texas A&M University and Machinist's Mate in the US Navy. Educational credentials include a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, alongside specialized training in nuclear engineering from various US Navy programs.
