Moksha Covilakam

Moksha Covilakam, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal water/wastewater projects. Moksha has worked as a Project Engineer at TNP, a Civil Engineer at the City of Garland, and an Engineer I at Parsons Corporation. Additionally, Moksha has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kerala. Through their roles, Moksha has been involved in the design and construction of water transmission systems and large diameter pipes for water delivery projects.
