Philip C. Varughese

Philip C. Varughese, P.E., CFM, is an experienced civil engineer and project manager who has held various titles at TNP since May 2005. Prior to joining TNP, Philip C. served as an Engineering Intern at the City of North Richland Hills from January 2001 to May 2005. Philip C. holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from the College of Business at the same university.
