Tim Heiser

Tim Heiser serves as the Director of Business Development for Defense Programs at Teague since October 2023. Prior to this position, Tim Heiser accumulated over two decades of experience at Boeing, where roles included Senior Director of Boeing Defense F-15 Production Operations, overseeing a 600-person team, and Senior Director of Boeing Defense Total Quality, managing quality across nine sites with a team of 500. Additional positions held include Director of Program Management for the Defense Logistics Agency, Director of Supplier Management, and various managerial roles in Supply Chain Management. Tim Heiser's career began at Exotic Metals Forming as a Manufacturing/Production Engineer after earning a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Bradley University, followed by an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
