Kamalpreet Kaur, MSHRM

Kamalpreet Kaur has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kamalpreet began their career as an Office Assistant at Highline School District from 2006 to 2008. Kamalpreet then worked as an Office Assistant and Tutor at Ephrata School District from 2008 to 2010, where they handled administrative tasks and maintained student files.

From 2008 to 2011, Kamalpreet served as a Human Resources Specialist at Travelodge Hotels Limited. Their responsibilities included recruiting, managing payroll, and front desk operations.

In 2011, Kamalpreet joined the University of Washington, Bothell as a Recruiter. Kamalpreet supported high school students in their college admissions process and led development initiatives for student success and enrollment.

Starting in 2014, Kamalpreet gained extensive experience at Capgemini. Kamalpreet initially worked as a Technical Recruiter and later transitioned to a role as Sr. HR Specialist, where they managed a team and improved employee relations. Kamalpreet then became an HR Manager, overseeing the Seattle HR team and leading the integration of Annik Inc. with LiquidHub and Capgemini.

Continuing their HR career, Kamalpreet worked as an HR Business Partner at Sporcle, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Kamalpreet supported 500+ employees, collaborated with management on HR needs, and implemented new policies and procedures.

In 2020, Kamalpreet joined Greater Human Capital as a Human Resources Consultant. Kamalpreet provided advisory services on HR strategies, organizational design, and people development for multiple clients. Kamalpreet designed a new organizational model, implemented a recruiting process, and contributed to rapid growth.

Most recently, Kamalpreet joined Teal Communications in 2021 as an HR Manager, where they are currently employed.

Kamalpreet Kaur, MSHRM, completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior & Human Rights from the University of Washington Bothell from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Kamalpreet holds a Human Resources Management Certification from Bellevue College Continuing Education, which they obtained in November 2017.
