Mitch McDonald

Mitch McDonald currently serves as President of Teal Drones since July 2025. Prior to this role, Mitch held key positions at Dandy from August 2022 to July 2025, including Head of Manufacturing, General Manager, and Site Director, achieving significant improvements in manufacturing output, turnaround times, costs, and defect rates. Mitch also served as General Manager and Site Director at Triumph Group and held various roles including Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Hexcel Corporation, focusing on operations management and process optimization. Earlier experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Sun Products Corporation. Mitch McDonald holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah and an MBA from East Texas A&M University.
