Tiffany Wang

Tiffany Wang is a Senior Project Manager at Teal Media. Tiffany has over 8 years of experience in project management and technical requirements development. Tiffany has a proven track record of successful project management across multiple programs, including content development, website development, paid media efforts, and analytics projects. Tiffany is also skilled in developing requirements for technical projects to ensure functionality and development is within scope and meets client requirements.

Prior to joining Teal Media, Tiffany worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they led program analyst support for a SPAWAR Navy program. Tiffany developed strategies for multiple contract types, ensuring short and long-term requirements were met in a cost-efficient and timely manner. Tiffany also created pre-award RFP packages by drafting acquisition documents; coordinating across functional teams to develop requirements, reviewing proposals, drafting technical evaluations, and participating in negotiations; and managing multiple development and production contracts once awarded. Tiffany was able to identify gaps and client needs, develop tools, processes, and other deliverables to meet Government requirements while streamlining the Government acquisition process.

Tiffany’s experience in project management and technical requirements development makes their an asset to Teal Media. Her ability to successfully manage multiple programs and develop requirement documents ensures that projects are completed on time and within scope. Tiffany’s experience in the Government acquisition process is also valuable to Teal Media, as they are able to streamline the process to save the company time and money.

Tiffany Wang has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.

Their manager is Alex Field, Managing Director. They work with Mara Cole - Project Manager, Julius Schlueter - Operations Manager, and Aruna Mall - Creative Director.
