Ulrica Krantz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in personal development, education, and entrepreneurship. Since August 2021, Ulrica serves as a Möjliggörare, Vägledare/Coach, and Personal Growth Hacker, primarily assisting women in enhancing their self-esteem, energy, relationships, and overall impact in the world. In addition, since October 2019, Ulrica has been a Team Booster and Co-creator at Teal School, which aims to develop a future-proof educational system for children and youth, promoting a more humane and sustainable society. Furthermore, since May 2017, Ulrica has been the Founder and Co-owner of CaterinGo AB, a smart service that streamlines catering orders by aggregating suppliers in Stockholm.

Teal School
Teal School Network is the start of a movement. We wish to see an extensive dialogue about what kind of school system; structure, leadership, pedagogy, etc. is needed to give our children a chance to succeed and feel happy in the fast changing world. Our hope is that this discussion will also lead to change. We might reach out to politicians, we might have an impact on school leaders – but most of all we hope to see Teal Schools “popping up” all around the world. Let’s be the change, together. Teal School is an initiative started in 2019 in Stockholm, Sweden by Sarah Rosendahl and Shabana Bashir. Join us and let’s change the way our society looks at learning and education.
