Paul Deere

Paul Deere is a Professor of Practice at Texas A&M University, a position held since August 2023. Currently, Paul serves as the Owner of Deere Development Company and Paul Deere Properties, LLC, as well as the Founder and CEO of Innovation WorkSpaces, roles maintained since January 2019. Paul has a significant background in the oil and gas industry, having founded Tolteq in 2003, where innovative Measurement While Drilling (MWD) technology was developed and successfully sold to National Oilwell Varco. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Electrical Engineer at GE and Halliburton, focusing on the development of MWD tools and wireline logging tools, respectively. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University, awarded in 1992.
