Andrew Tallents

Andrew Tallents has a diverse and impressive work experience. In 2017, they founded and became Managing Partner of The Tallents Partnership, an executive leadership coaching firm that works with business leaders around the world. Andrew also serves as an author, motivational speaker, and consultant coach for the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching. In 2021, they became a Fellow at The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce) and a Governor at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. In 2019, they became a Parent Governor at Calday Grange Grammar School. In 2021, they joined the Climate Coaching Alliance and became a Volunteer Coach for United World Coaches. In 2022, they became a Founder Member of Tealfeed Creators' Program and an Explorer Member of The Argonauts. Andrew also became an Official Member of Forbes Coaches Council.

Andrew Tallents has an extensive education history. In 1987, they completed their A levels at Ryles Park in Maths, Physics & Chemistry. Andrew then went on to The University of Salford, where they earned their BSc (Hons) in Business Operation & Control in 1991. In addition to this, Andrew has obtained numerous certifications, including a CSA Accredited Supervisor from the Coaching Supervision Academy Ltd in 2022, an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC TM) from CRR Global in 2021, an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in 2021, a Certified Leadership Coach from Global Coach Group in 2020, a Marshall Goldsmith Stake Holder Centred Coaching Accreditation from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in 2019, an Accredited Practitioner for CCR3 Discovery Process Profile from CCR3 Performance Management in 2018, an International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in 2018, an AOEC Practitioner Diploma from the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in 2017, an Accredited Associate of AOEC from the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in 2017, and a Challenging Coaching Masterclass Graduate from the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in 2017.
