Alison Held

Alison Held is currently serving as the Principal Product Manager at Tealium since September 2023, where the focus is on leading innovation in real-time Audience technology. Prior to this role, Alison spent over a decade at ChannelAdvisor, progressing from the position of Implementation Specialist to Director of Product Management. In this capacity, Alison was responsible for product strategy and execution across multiple products, directly influencing company direction while collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team. Previous roles included Senior Product Manager and Product Manager for Marketplaces, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce solutions, product roadmap development, and customer engagement. Alison's earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Consultant at Cardno ENTRIX. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Studies, Economics, and Communications from Wake Forest University and a Master's degree in International Studies from North Carolina State University.
