Caitlin Riordan

Caitlin Riordan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and client success across various technology and marketing sectors. Currently serving as VP and General Manager for APJ at Tealium since October 2023, Caitlin has previously held notable positions such as Vice President of Customer Success for APJ at Twilio, and Regional VP at Cheetah Digital, where responsibilities included managing client portfolio retention and revenue growth for the Asia Pacific region. With foundational roles at Experian Asia Pacific, including General Manager for Data Quality & Targeting and Hong Kong Country Manager, Caitlin has demonstrated expertise in developing market strategies and leading teams to deliver growth. Additionally, as the Founder and Managing Director of Piggieback, Caitlin provided strategic marketing consultancy services to a diverse clientele. Caitlin holds a Master of Communication in Advertising from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication from Monash University.
