Callum Matthews

Callum Matthews is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer currently employed at Tealium since September 2023. Previously, Callum served as TechOps Lead at Riskhub from September 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included implementing Jamf & InTune for MDM management, achieving CyberSecurity Essentials+ certification, and managing various software tools and processes. Prior to that, Callum was the Lead Business Technology Specialist for EMEA at Zuora, overseeing IT support and machine deployments across multiple regions. Callum's earlier roles include positions as a 2nd line IT Analyst and IT Analyst at Admiral Group Plc, Technical Customer Support Representative at EE, First Response Team Engineer at RockIT, and Network and Unified Communications Officer at Vale of Glamorgan Council. Callum holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics from the University of South Wales.
